Description: This object is the housing for a digital movie projector that is attatched to the common room ceiling. Because it would be impossible to hide, we decided to make it a showpiece. A faux cherrywood finish is painted over the original plywood, and each scene depicts a place of deep significance to the family. The bottom map of the globe is latitudinally and longitudinally correct, with accurate constillations depicting the winter and summer skies.
